Week of October 19–25, 2026
Bots can save logins, cards and contact info to a Vault
Supplier and portal logins can be filled in without pasting passwords into chat. Keep purchases behind an Ask first rule.
Fewer approval cards for things you asked for in your own words
Emails and Slack messages you ask for in chat can go out once Auto-review allows them. Sends from routines and other turns still wait as drafts, which is what our recipes rely on.
After you deny an approval card, the Bot stops
It won't retry that action until you send another message.
Routines can run up to 300 times an hour in total
A higher ceiling, not a reason to run more often: every run uses usage.
Bots can forward an email from their own inbox
Useful with the after-hours form triage recipe. Needs Grok Bot 0.75.2 or later.
Pages: reports, memos and dashboards the Bot keeps up to date
A weekly job summary or overdue-invoice tracker can live on one Page instead of in chat.
Gmail can attach files to drafts, reply all and add a note when forwarding
Quote and invoice drafts can carry the PDF.
Several Google Calendar events in one step
Edited events no longer shift to a different time. Our schedule brief stays read-only.
Routines can read the Bot's inboxes
Relevant to recipes that use the Bot's own email address.
Earlier in October
Bots can send from a tagged address, like name+shop@
A routine on that tag runs only for its mail, which keeps form notices separate.
Attachments up to 250 MB and 20 per message
More room for job photos and voice memos.
Bots can claim their own email address
The base for the after-hours triage recipe. Email it sends waits on a draft card.
QuickBooks Online is available to connect
Used by the overdue-invoice recipe. Ask the Bot what it can read before relying on it.
Recipes affected this week: none broken as far as we know. The draft-only sends in our routines still wait for you, as described in Approvals and Auto-review.
